A gathering place for friends to share drinks and umami-packed bites, our Izakaya residency celebrates a spirit of conviviality through artful shareable dishes that channel the spirit of Japanese cuisine. The menu is guided by locally sourced seafood and seasonal produce; plays on citrus and fermentation are woven throughout the menu, which includes an extensive raw bar, chilled dishes, fried options, a steamed selection and expertly-grilled offerings. Izakaya is a Japanese word derived from ‘I’ (stay) and ‘sakaya’ (sake shop). It’s a place to gather with good friends, good food, and good drinks. We chose the kanji symbol for ‘water’ to reflect the peaceful and perennial spirit of our Bayside oasis. Come and stay awhile.

Very good food even though small menu for breakfast. Awesome view of the water and great boat watching. Would get 5 stars if the service was even slightly good. Didn't seem like our server was remotely interested in working. Waited 10 minutes after another server dropped the bill off to finally flag down a third server to pick up the bill and run my card. $25 valet (plus $20 tip to leave car up front) is a bit steep for an hour.

We went for on event during MWC, the ambiance was great, live djs and delicious rose wine. George the manager was beyond helpful welcoming us and sharing information about the membership, he even gave my visiting out of town friends a tour of the place. Great job!

Top food, top service and top ambience...what else you want?! Lido totally convinced me on my first visit and hold or even topped at the second time! Definitely recommend the crab salad and the duck...it was a dream! The music just brought me in the right miami vibe and we had an excellent experience with our friends from out of town! You definitely should try it out!!
